Honestly, I'd just go with another Herc unless you really like Marie or Stheno as characters. Neither are worth picking from a team building perspective.

If you want to invest on charm lock team, go for Stheno. If not, maybe go for Herc or NP2 Emiya.

NP2 a servant, I'd go for Emiya Personally, you'll only get marginal returns for an NP4 so there isn't much value in that, NP2 is much more likely to be seen. and regarding your English it was rather good, didn't notice it wasn't your first language until the last line.
