NP4 Li Shuwen or NP1 Scathach?

I'm stuck in this dilemma as the question states above. I really like Li Shuwen as a character, but by rolling Scathach by accident, I'm now stuck on who performs better and who I should invest in fully, since I was considering throwing some grails on Li Shuwen before. I also enjoy using Arts teams more in general.

However, who doesn't like Scathach?

Any suggestions?

If you enjoy Arts team, you should stick with Li Shuwen.

Scathach has better stats as a 5* star and her NP can deal a lot of damage to Divine Servants and the guaranteed stun is a big help during hard fights. But her two big problems is her NP gain and star generation, both are shitty.

Li Shuwen can form Arts chain easly in an Arts Team so his NP gain is much better. Even his star generation is better than Scathach. And his NP, with his 3rd skill, can deal a lot of damage. Assuming that all skills are maximized for both servants, Li Shuwen's NP is similar in damage to Scathach's but against Divine Servants, Scathach is better.
