Hans in friend gatcha

You can only pull bronze servants in the FP gacha. You can get him momentarily.

You've just been really unlucky. But that tends to happen with servants you really want. I didn't get my first Hans for four months, and halfway through everything I saved for Angra Mainyuu.
It'll happen.

You can only get 3* and above with the quartz gacha. Hans can only be obtained from the FP gacha. Although it is understandable that you haven't gotten him since getting servants in the FP gacha, especially >1* is quite hard. Just save or spend FP constantly and eventually you'll get him.
