Well it depends what you like...
Antoinette is a good survival unit, irisviel is nice for heals and her np provides guts for all party in battle, emiya is decent for c stars generation, alter lancer has a nice np damage and i dont have much experience with saberlily
Edit; If you want a servant that can help you to do a lot of damage, go for herc on 3m campaign
