Trying to decide between the following:
- EMIYA (I have Atalante, but i heard Emiya will get stronger in the future)
- d'Eon (Only other tanks i got are Georgios and Leonidas)
- Elisabeth (Only have Cu as a lancer, but I will try my luck with Scathach)
- Herc for NP2 (also have Cu alter NP1 so havnt been using herc lately)
I don't have a strong rider but with kintoki rider around the corner I think it's best to hold out for him instead.
Liz, for sure out of those. She's like a more offensive Shakespeare. She farms dailies better than Cu or Scathach thanks to her AoE NP, and works well with Sabers, Berserkers, and even some Riders with her support skills, not to mention Jalter.

Would you still recommend her for general purposes (Events/Singularities)?
For farming dailies I've been running Arash/Kiyo/TamamoCat which seems to work well so far.
I would consider her useful for anything outside of challenge content. That may change after Camelot's difficulty ramp, but thus far my Liz has been a big help, especially after I finally decided to pump her up. Her damage is good, she drops an adequate number of stars, and the ATK+ and DEF- skills she has helps her allies for several turns.
Li Shuwen outclasses her single-target damage, but her team-utility outclasses him when it comes to BBNP chains.
