Will Altria Alter Lancer rate up again?? And when will Altria Lancer come??

Lancer Altria came out in Japan during late August so she will probably come out around the same time on NA. Alter Lancer will be on a banner in late June and late August, however i'm not sure if she is on a rate up on those banners. Also both normal Lancer and Alter Lancer will be on a rate up during the Knights of the Round Table banner which will most likely come out in either late October or early November.
