Before battle, the effect [Unforgiving World (-1)] will inflict the following debuffs on all allies:
- Buster and Arts Cards effectiveness are reduced [10%, Permanent, Unremovable]
- HP Recovery reduced [20%, Permanent, Unremovable]
- Debuff Resistance reduced [10%, Permanent, Unremovable]
At the end of each round, the effect [Tell's Shot] will activate:
- Randomly reduce the HP of any unit on the field [3000 to 4000 HP] (including both foes and allies).
