I know someone whaled for like 600+ quartz for her and didn't get her, lmao. Just wait for her next rate up, it isn't like she only comes once.

I really doubt someone would just give you an acount with Jalter, sell it is another story.

And if you are playing for 4 months i'm sorry to say but you can't have a Jalter yet, you probably don't have enougth materials and qp to level her and her skills, and you possibly don't have the servants necessary to make her shine, Jalter only becomes really good when she is almost at her maximum and with a good team comp.
Other than that this game works just fine with 3 and 4 stars, you can complete even hard chalange quests with them.

You should had save up more quartz before trying to get her. 120 sq and 11 tickets isn't enough to get u a 4* or 5* servant.
