I looked at the servant list and saw that the old man's servant number is really close to Merlin's. They say Merlin will come out around new year (2018-2019) so will gramps be somewhere within spring?

He will be available for summon by January 2019.

Gramps IS the new years campaign, merlin actually is not the real "new year" celebration, he's released as part of the babylonia singularity

Musasshi is the new year campaign and not Gramps

Merlin is released with the last singularity (not going to say the name, because spoilers)
