Worth it or not?
Is it even a good CE out of the event?
It's pretty decent limit broken, I'd say. 50% NP initial charge is always good, and the 4 Crit Stars you get every turn ain't a bad bonus either. It's not as good as the 2030 CE of course (8 Crit Stars per turn), but it's better than nothing.
If you have nothing better to use, it wouldn't hurt to use this one.
It's either LB it, let it rot in and take some spaces off your storage or burn it for some free QPs or meager CE exp, your choice.
It's useful of course, there are better alternatives like Kaleidoscope or Imaginary Element for NP start and 2030 for the stars, but those are separate CEs. Besides, LB-ing CE doesn't give you any disadvantages, at least it will give your storage, so, why not LB it?
I spent several Golden Apples to ensure that I had 10 of the CE so that I could combine them into 2 limit broken CEs. I have a team of NP1 Jalter, Halloween Liz, and Iri using a limit broken Maiden Leading Chaldea and those two CEs. Being able to generate 24 stars a round for 3 rounds without using a single Quick card mean I can turn out good crits for Jalter (or Oda for Waves) is really nice for NP crit-charging and damage.
