Its not really, as there is a limit to how much master exp you can have, and once thats full its completely useless. There is a much better CE coming up, Chaldea lunchtime, which boosts the exp of Bond Points, which are much harder to get than exp, and Bond points are essential infinite in the amount you can earn
Yeah, I dont even have a second mystic code yet, still using the default one.
The effect has limited usefulness, but I'm appreciating the 10% bonus on these last levels until 130. Its only worth buying if you can MLB it though, and I'm not sure you have the time to farm the prisms for it. I MLB'd it and have only seen positive consequences for doing so.
