All Riders have ~200 star weight, which is around x20 the amount Berserkers have (~10 star weight). This makes a Lancelot/Iskandar pair incredibly undesirable (Without using Lancelot's star pull skill) unless one's in the frontline and the other as backup. Honestly you should be using Iskandar as a frontliner over Lancelot due to Lancelot's poor star weight and very low survivability, not to mention Iskandar's AOE NP being just as strong as Lancelot's. Since you didn't mention if you had 2030, I'm assuming you don't have it, so your only true ways of generating stars are Caesar, Hans and Leonidas, making them irreplaceable and leaving less room in the frontline available for an Iskandar/Lancelot pair (I'm not mentioning Lancelot's NP because his NP gain is gawd awful).
