What is better to put in my support list?

I have a doubt What is better to put in the support list Salter or Saber
I have a np2 salter 8/4/4 and the saber np1 6/6/6
I do not know what is better crude damage with a terrible charisma Or a better charisma and a weaker np Tell me what you think in the comments

If I had both options in front of me I would pick the Alter personally. I'm guessing NP2 deals better damage than NP1+better buff.

It depends on the CE also.

I'd have Salter as supp simply because it looks like it is more buffed in terms of skill and NP. But a complimenting CE also helps for the decision. Generally Salter is used for farming so a CE that helps her gain NP charge or starting NP would be good.
