im trying to get a good team,at this moment i have
5Star :Mordred 100,Iskandar 90,Cu Alter 90,Jeanne 90,Jalter 80,Drake60
4Star:Altria Alter(saber) 90,Atalante 80,Altria Alter(lancer)80,Shiki 80,Beowolf 80,Emiya Assasin 65,Edison 62,Irisviel 57,Astolfo 50

Answers

You can try a team of Jeanne (To provide stars, healing, invulnerability...) , Jalter (as a damage dealer), someone effective against the quest's Enemies (Preferably with an AoE NP) and Cu Alter in the Backline.

The Cost of this kind of team is high though so you may not able to equip 5* CEs for most of your servants.

You should raise Jalter to lvl 90.
