Cheap Star Generator
so, i've a lot of servant who does great at damage dealer, but i need some servant who has high star generation but less in star absorbsion. any recommendation? Better if mention 4 star and lower unit as well since i lack of Saint Quartz

The servents that has Innocent Monster skill like Elisabeth Bathory (Halloween) and Hans Christian Anderson that are the caster class with low C.star absorbtion~
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart third skill can provide 50 stars makes everyone crit~

Dantes is an amazing star gen and has very low star absorb, but sadly he is a 5* and limited.
You can use assassins, but their star absorb is usually unreasonably high.
Your best bet is Andersen, Caster Liz, Helena or Mozart, but you are going to need their star gen skills to be maxed for lesser cooldown.
