1. No. KnK event is a non-time gated event and you need to farm a lot to progress. but you can always use natural regen and the apple you get from this event.
Overall you won't be able to clear it in one day but it's not impossible to clear
2. It range from easy to tedious. You need to remember which servant are which trait and in which room.. you can check the old Wikia file for simple walkthrough because some servant carried 2 or more trait so that you can complete 2 or more quest at once.
For the 200 enemy there's no shortcut, I remember farmed through the Rapunzel till I'm fed up with her.. there's enemy spawn increase CE but it's still capped to 24 enemy per run.
3. It's quite easy because there's specialized drop site. I believe you'll also clear the shop one way or another when you do the pre-requisite mission like hunting 300 Rapunzel or Zombie + the spawn increase CE I mentioned above will increase the drop.
