Saber lily (the one i invested the most on)

Cu (fsn)
Ushiwakamaru

Nursery Rhyme
Heracles
Invest in the Heracles, one of the strongest servant in the game. In combination with mash / georg + support you can go through most of the content. And do not forget to invest in Cu. With him you can forget about other lancers.

In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend using all of your resources on saber lily since she is not that strong. I would recommend waiting until you get any 4-star sabers and using your resources on them (or if you have caesar, invest in him–he's very good).
i do have nero, and i plan on doing the same thing i did with saber lily to her, its just that im focusing on saber lily for now
I just want to chime in that you shouldn't worry much about who is/isn't "good" because this game is easy/forgiving enough that you can play with your favorite servants and beat everything. Saber Lilly is objectively terrible for a 4* servant and honestly worse than most 3*s but she's cute as heck so she was my first maxed out servant and carried me (almost) singlehandedly through the first couple chapters.
Also team comp depends on what you're fighting. So instead of trying to save and use "good" teams, you should play around with different servants and playstyles to learn how to compose custom teams for each battle as well as what servants/playstyles you enjoy using. Not to mention that you will get plenty of new servants (which will change what you "best" teams are) just from the free fp gacha (all the 1*, 2*, 3*) and will likely get some new 4* (and maybe some 5*) when you eventually roll more of the sq gacha for your waifus and hasbandos.
