Hi, I started in this game on the last days of saber lily event, I tried to made the event but at the end Heroine Z and she's clones kick me away.
Now that a new even will start (chocolete event) I want to make a best job.
this are my current servants:

Others lvl 1 that I think are not useful.
Wich one of them do you recomend to powered up for the chocolate event? considering that I have not a lot of cards for all of them.
on the other hand, I know that on the pickup servants of the event will be Altria Pendragon (attaker), Tamao (support to Cat and maybe Robin) and Jack the ripper (attaker and crtitical farm), but I only have around 100 QS so I only be able to invest them to try to get only one of them.
Wich one do you recomend me to try to get?.
You should spam the Ember Gathering Quest (The 40 Ap and now 20) to level up your main servants. Use your friends' servants if you can't clear it on you own. I recommend to have a good leveled servant of each class. Look at the Tier List to have an idea about each servant.
You can't choose the servants in the pickup banner. They have a higher chance to appear if you have the luck to pull a 5 star servant.

I know that I can not choose the servants but I read that the chances to get a specific servant will increase on a specific day.

We should choose one of those days to try to get one of those servants.
I would recommend you to focus on leveling robin hood as he has a high damage single target NP as a 3* servant. Other than that, Tamamo Cat will be good for ember gathering quest as she has AoE target NP and Mash as a good tanker if you have cleared London.
I would recomment you to try pulling for Altria/Nero pickup servants because of her buff ATK skills and AoE NP which is very helpful to clear a wave and I think she is good 5* to use for beginners. Other than that Tamamo Caster will be good choice if you want to build an Art Team.
I want to tell you what I tell every new player: Roll for and level servants that you personally like or find interesting/fun/etc. Saber wars was the hardest event so far and even then it was only so hard for you because you're new and have barely leveled servants. Once you have a few maxed out servants you'll realize that this game is easy/forgiving enough that you can play with your favorite servants and still beat everything. Every servant has strengths that can help you win when used effectively, so try to find characters you like and figure out their strengths weaknesses and have fun with it.
That said, I would like to correct/add to a couple things. While Altria can be decent offensively, her AOE NP means she doesn't hit bosses as hard as someone with a ST NP (though she is great at wave clearing). Tamamo is an arts support, so she does not pair well with Cat, and instead pairs well with arts servants (she is literally the best art support in the game btw so if you want stupidly broken arts teams roll for her). Jack is the best at generating stars and best at murdering women (strong ST NP that does extra damage to female enemies). Nero Bride can be good arts support but is also a strong arts attacker at the same time with a spammable ST NP. The other servants are also worth looking at as well if you have any interest in them and every servant can be good/useful.
