Starting NP charge CEs, such as Imaginary Element, Kaleidoscope, or Dragon's Meridian. Angel's Song is effectively the 4-star version of Heaven's Feel and still works for Illya.
Vessel of the Saint is a good one, allowing Illya to avoid the demerits on her NP.
Personally, I use Magical Girl of Sapphire. It's thematic and has increased NP gain and starting NP charge which I enjoy.
