I want both but they banner are so close of each other.
I want Ishtar because she is one of my favorites and gorgon is in his banner, but I like melt too and to be honest to that date I will have 400sq and MAYBE I will be able to get 1.
Who do you think is a better option?
-Other point Ishtar will not have another solo in the future but Melt will be in the New Years banner of 2020
-Melt will have in his banner Passionlip and Suzuka Gozen(who’s not limited)
*I have Tesla but I don’t like him design-wise*
*And Arjuna but he is kinda meh...*

Based on availability, i think you should go for Melt because she's more limited. CCC still hasn't gotten a rerun in JP and knowing NA, they might not put her on the New Years Banner. Ishtar i'm pretty sure is getting a rerun this Christmas, so I'd hold off on Ishtar till the end of the year.
I have Ishtar and I like her too, but even if I did not, I would still roll for Melt and Passionlip since they are a new class, and I have Emiya anyways.
However, if Ishtar/Rin is one of your favorite characters, then that is what I would roll for if I were you. Waifu>gameplay, as they say.
Waifu > gameplay.
But if you’re split, I’d go for Melt. You’ll still (probably) get Passionlip, so you’ll have an alter ego even if you don’t pull Melt.
That said, we will be getting an Alter Ego welfare Liz this Halloween, so if you just want an Alter Ego servant, roll for Ishtar and wait for Mecha Eli-Chan come October.
