All coins will gradually trickle in as each quests drop them randomly.
Focus on using a mold, maxing your Choco coins for that 1 class via CEs, and then farm that. Turn those coins into Baking Chocolate to buy out the shop.

This Valentine's day event is kinda confusing...
so All coins can be used to exchange for any type of coins. And when you equip CEs on Shielder, Ruler or Avenger you get All coins drop up. So is that better than equipping those CEs on servants of a specific class? Let's say I'm farming the knights class free quests. Should I put CEs on knights class servants or Shielder/Ruler/ Avenger? Who drops All coins or it's just random..

Wait for the better quests to pop up, don't spend apples or farm too hard on the current low drop missions.

One other confusing thing is that the better CEs increase the drop chance of coins where the class is weak to the equipped servant. But the ones you buy with coins increase those of the class of the equipped servant, which means you don't want to use those on the frontline if you are counter-classing. And so you end up stacking your backline with these, and better hope you don't really need them.
