You can't farm Baking Chocolate directly. You get some for each quest, with the highest difficulty dropping the most.
Instead, you farm the coins and turn those into Baking Chocolate. The get the most coins, borrow gacha CEs and equip your highest bonuses for 1 specific class. Then use a Chocolate Mold to force that class to appear.
