Well they're too very similar servants.
If you consider MHXA in the long run, when her instinct skill will have a 3 turn quick buff added onto it, they're kits become rather comparable.
They both have a survival skill: Okita has an evade, MHXA has an HP restore
They both have a quick boost skill: Okita's is 1 turn, MHXA's is 3 turns
They both have a skill to help them use their crit stars: Okita has a skill that hordes them, MHXA has a skill that reduces another party member's ability to hoard them which indirectly helps her.
In terms flat damage output MHXA will probably be higher. Her crit star hoard reducing skill is also a charisma skill, and a powerful one at that, on par with Charisma A. What's more her Quick boost is 3 turns instead of 1. Also being a Berserker means that in general you can bring her against any opponent and she'll do very high damage.
Okita however is actually arguably better at the job (producing crit stars), as her crit star output is just muuuuch higher (not that MHXA's is bad Okita is just crazy).
Okita will also survive longer because she's not a Beserker like MHXA.
In truth, MHXA is more of a support in disguise. She buffs the whole parties damage while reducing the crit hoarding abilities of one servant to let another servant have the stars (hopefully a crit lord like Jalter or Emiya). Okita is much more straight forward: she will produce insane amounts of stars and not only herself, but everyone else will capitalize off of them.
So basically MHXA for flat out higher damage and support to the rest of your team.
Okita for pure star generating capabilities (of course you also have Jack for that).
