I really want to roll for Waver but do you think its worth rolling for him in this gatcha or should I wait for one where only Waver is featured? If the rates aren't that good I might just try tamamo on her rate up in a couple days.
From what I understand, all eight of the male servants have a rate up on that banner but unlike the Ladies banner, they don't rotate, so there's a good chance that you'll end up with a servant that's not Waver. If you only want him and the other servants on that banner don't interest you, then it's probably best to wait for a banner where only Waver is featured. I know that in March, he has a rate up banner but he shares it with Prototype Arthur.
Besides Enkidu cause I already have him, I'd honestly be happy with any of the rate up guys.
Waver will be on a dual rate up with Arthur Prototype during White Day this year. If you only wanted Waver thats really the only time for a while he is going to be on rate up. White day is in one month.
