Tier list explanation updates?
While I certainly recognize that the writers have enough to do already, since its been a few months since the 1-3 star, and the 4-star tier list explanation pages got any updates, I'm wondering if they might get some love in the near future. With the introduction of several new 4-stars and round of strengthening quests coming up, I'm curious to see some more recent explanations of tier placements.
