Since the drop rate is only reported to be 11.8%, that's about 1 per 8-9 runs, 338 AP/drop. That's around 1 per 2.5-3 apples. Up to you, but that seems like not a great trade to make.

farm hearts in moon goddess event burn or natural
in event moon goddess you can farm hearts at expert,
is it worth to burn some apple or just wait for natural recovery
i already got pages and hearts and when i farm at expert, and i got pretty decent drop for 6 hearts at 15 run
if not, what's the next event and the reward of it ?
and then when the ETA for free quest to farm hearts ?
well in need like, sh*t ton of it

Luck is luck... I've run it 9 times now, no hearts. I'm going to move on once I get the rare dumplings I need to buy the claws. Might come back at the end depending on how well the farming goes for normal dumplings.

Considering the chance of a heart drop is ~10%, you're already well ahead of the odds.
The release of Shinjuku at the end of February is going to give us a free quest with drop rates that are supposed to be better than this event.

Are you sure you aren't including the guaranteed 3 hearts from completing the quest in that count?

You have to farm that free quest regardless so go ahead, i will only stop once i got the max number of dumplings but i'm planning of farming mostly that node since the last one doesn't drop anything.
