Event CEs - LB or keep separate?
I’m only planning on grabbing 2 copies of the Moonlight Fest CE. Is it better to equip them separately or should I limit break one? Since I’m not going for a MLB is there an advantage to keeping them both? Sorry if this is a dumb question, any advice is appreciated!

You should definitely not limit break one. If you use both of them you get + 6 dumplings. If you limit break one of them then you get + 3 dumplings. It’s very rare that you should limit break events ces (mlb or otherwise) until after the event is over.

Keep them separate for now since it gives you a total of +6 bonus. Merging them now doesn't increase the bonus and, even at MLB, it only gives +4 bonus.
You might still want to consider trying to get all five from the shop, less if you get lucky and get one from a quest. This is already the rerun so you're not going to get another chance to get more.

Getting the 2000 and 5000 from the regular shop and 1000 from the rare shop is pretty expensive. I don't think you can do it without spending apples, at least if you also want to buy a bunch of shop materials as well.
Just did a quick calculation, and I think it would take me 1341 AP to farm for the rest of the CEs (have the first 2 copies already). That's like 4.5 days of natural AP, so I'd be finished Tue evening or so, leaving one day to farm for the other shop items. So spending apples would be the only recourse at that point to get what I'd like to get, not to mention actually clearing the shop.
