Source or Site for future buffs/nerfs on servants
The only way to find future changes on this site is to look at the descriptions of each servants since the tier lists are locked to the current state of the game right? Is there a good source or site to find out the future changes to servants as a whole, like a good site for the JP tier list?

Just a note though about your title; servants never receive "nerfs." They may move down the tier-list due to other servants coming out that happen to be more useful or older servants receiving buffs that now allow them to outperform a specific servant. In general though, this game is fairly sturdy with its tier-list, only seeing huge jumps when someone like Merlin or Skadi releases that majorly changes the "meta" of the game.
In other words, if you see an NA servant who holds a specific spot on the tier-list now, chances are good they wont be moving too far out of that tier in the near future.
