I have the Caster trio (Merlin, Tamamo, Waver), Gilgamesh Caster, and managed to roll Musashi recently (she came home!). My Saberlot is Lv90 NP1. I have Vlad (Berserker) and Artoria Archer NP2. Would Nero Bride's role overlap with my other servants? I like the concept of a semi-support Saber, but I don't know if I should save the quartz for other banners. Would welcome a second opinion!
In terms of gameplay, you don't need Nero bride. Her first skill has use in some NP looping meme. Other than that, I don't see her offer much to your current roster. I suggest not to roll her unless you really like her (after all, she is Umu).
Nero Bride is an offensive support Saber. So yes you could roll for her. For me she's my favorite Saber to use as she fits all roles pretty well and isn't a Saber you just bring against Lancers due to that role.
On the plus she has an interlude coming soon (Strongest Arts NP) and also animation upgrades.

Bride is contentious. She's flexible because she can be offensive or supportive, but her problem is she can't do both. I have her, and she can be pretty good, but since you already have the caster trio you'd probably be better off gameplay-wise with a more offensively focused saber.
I have bride, she was my first ssr. But honestly, I much prefer my lvl 90 saberlot to bride. Saberlot hits more consistent deviation with his crit skills and his np always does more damage.
Bride is a fine servant, but between your saberlot and Musashi, st saber role is definitely filled, so I would save your sq for any holes in your lineup unless she is a waifu.
