Mona Lisa CE

Probably a stupid question but...:

If I spend one rare prism will I be able to purchase all five copies of the Mona Lisa CE (using 5000 mana prisms of course)?
Or will I have to use 5 rare prisms in order to get all five copies?

And, how long will the Mona Lisa remain in the Mana prism shop after I spend the rare prism? 1 year?

I have a spare Fionn lying around that I will burn happily. But it's unlikely that I'll get many more rare prisms within the next year...
