A few Extra CCC summoning 4* rate up questions

On the upcoming Extra CCC summoning campaign featuring Nero Bride and Gilgamesh, does anyone know on what days the 4* servants will be on rate up, or will they all be on rate up at the same time?

I would like to know because I am a new player and would like to know if I should save for the CCC event in April/May to get a chance at both Red Nero and Nero Bride, or if I should save until the nero-fest rerun that supposedly happening in late august/ early september.

And, just to comfirm, rate up for 4 stars means if you do hit the 3% chance of getting a 4*, that you have a 70% chance of it being one on rate up (ie you have a 2.1% chance of getting the banner 4*)? Or is 70% just for 5* and for 4* it is 50% (overall chance 1.5%)? I have read conflicting sources and I seem to remember the babylonia 1 servants being 1.05% chance each or 2.1% for both.

I'm not sure about 4* rate ups because I haven't paid attention to those, but rate ups still follow the 1%, 3% chances for a 5/4*. If you get one of those, then the one you get is weighted more heavily. Overall, for 5* rate ups, the chance of an individual rate up servant is generally 0.7% meaning that all the other servants in the pool are split into the remaining 0.3%. If there are multiple 5*s, they are split however they want them to be within that 1% total probability. For example, right now Musashi, Ishtar, and Kintoki are sharing a rate up, with a 0.3% for each, so the rate up occupies 0.9% of the 1% range, making the odds of a spook pretty low, 0.006% for any of the 16 other servants in the pool.

I guess I was impatient. You are completely right, all that information should be in the summon tab when that event comes up.

As for the chance being divided up; that was what I was afraid of. If Red Nero is sharing a rate up with Gwain, Emiya, and Elizabeth all at the same time then the chance of getting her is even lower than getting Nero Bride. So I guess I will be saving until Nerofest in the Fall in order to get both. I should have a nice stash of SQ by then!

Though August is a long long time away T.T
