Looking at it in the wayback machine (https://web.archive.org/web/20190104230040/https://grandorder.gamepress.gg/servant/zhuge-liang-el-melloi-ii) not much has actually changed. It seems it was mainly to just make it fall inline with their current write ups since it still uses their old way of writing about a servant (without the + and - on the pros and cons and with what seems like just better writing on the page as far as quality is concerned imo).
