If you could improve a servant any way you want...
How would you do it? And who would it be?
Personally, I'd change nearly everything about Angra if I could. My idea was to change one of his skills to one that, on the following turn, would revert his HP back to the amount he had when the skill was activated, given that he doesn't die from the attack(s) before it can happen. It would actually make a lot of sense for him to have a skill like that, since in Fate/Hollow Ataraxia he has this ability where he creates a temporal loop, which he exploits in order to bring people back to life if they were killed on that day.
Another thing that would be interesting to change on him would be his NP, where he could have a gauge specifically to register how much damage he took on the entire battle, possibly with a max amount so that it wouldn't be too OP. Then, his NP would deal damage based on that, and would then reset. That would make him a lot more viable, specially if he could have a way to use taunt.
I realize none of that might ever be implemented, but I figured it would be fun to share these kinds of things. What about you guys? Any servants you'd like to modify somehow? Whether it's skills, NPs, outfits, voice lines... Let me hear what you got :)

I would like some of the summer servants to get buffed. Pretty much just Tama lancer and her third skill with the stun. Removing it would be a nice change.

I'd actually like to modify Romulus. According to Fate lore, he's one of the top servants, on the same level as Artoria, Gilgamesh, Iskandar, Karna and Jeanne. Seeing him as a 3-star servant of average ability is kind of disappointing when he's canonically one of the most powerful servants in the throne of heroes.

Romulus believes damn near everyone is descent from Roma and therefore IS part of Roma, so he can play the support. Also, he's on Arturia Lancer's level, and is confident at it so he can also have good damage, even if just with his NP.
Imo, replace Natural Body with a skill like Ozy's buff success up, but keep the heal instead of the NP charge. Make the heal party-based.
Make Imperial Privilege targettable because he can apparently grant skills to others.
Make Septem Colles grant a buster buff to both the target and himself to make up for his crap low-star stats.
That's good enough, I think.

They have to change every servants have the f*cking Instinct skill. With the flood of new servants possess multiple OP effects on the same skill, what can an old servant can do with no star weight, a skill gives some stars with 5 turn cd? For example, Arthur is well-known with Excalibur AND Avalon so they should upgrade it grants self invincibility.

I wish DW would give St George a NP buff already. Or upgrade one of his skills to add party wide buff like debuff removal, NP gain, or charisma. Something to make him more of a team player instead just a meat shield.

I don't have that much opinion on direct skills though I wish Atalante's NP gain per hit is higher. She suffers from low hitcounts despite being a decent star generator. Although it could be remedied by her third skill, but still it won't be much game breaking if she has higher NP gain at base.
Speaking of game breaking, why Medea have AoE NP damage despite being ST? I know she can spam, but look at Archuria and Sanzang. It really hurts that Medea is one of the OG servants but still feels underwhelming. To ease the pain, Paracelsus had it worse.
Atalante and Medea aren't bad. I'm using them for waifu and gameplay purposes. They could've been better though.

Reduce cooldown on cas gill king's return or buff it from 3 turn to 5 turn and upgrade his carisma with np gain or np battery or buff hans human obervation with buff success rate

Mata Hari needs at least one passive skill, mainly Prescence Concealment like all the other assassins. Considering that she's a spy, it makes little to no sense why she doesn't have that skill.

Medea being my favourite servant I’d buff her (not that she really needs it) by giving her some kind of Arts up buff tied to her Argon coin skill. Or give Avenger Gorgon increased star absorption on her Monstrous strength skill.

Arjuna. 2nd skill cooldown reduced to 7 turns. Improve his 1st skill to 100% crit star drop rate up. Change his NP to Arts and change his 3rd skill to Arts and NP damage up.

Pardon me for my intense favoritism but here i go:
Ozy getting an improved charisma that boosts king trait allies maybe?
Nitocris 3rd skill reducing enemy death resistance would be overkill but i want it anyway.
David 1st skill or np finally giving a bonus against giant enemies.
Maybe give vlad a passive skill that grants him passive np generation or arts up or both and name it Night King or something?
Martha ruler np def down lasting for more than a turn since her original lasts for 3 and this np sure hurts a lot more with her personally smashing down.
But I REALLY wish martha rider gets her first skill strengthened to give a party wide buff removal immunity for 1 time to keep up with her buff/debuff removal theme. It would help to stay relevant in high tier battles that remove your buffs and also help more poor suicidal souls that remove their own buffs.

- Change Enkidu by either increasing his base NP gain per hit, or replacing one of his quick cards with an arts card. That would make him more balanced imo, not broken, but more consistent than he is now.
- From a purely gameplay perspective not considering lore, I'd change King Hassan's class to berserker. Every time I look at his kit I get a massive sense of missed opportunity considering everything about his kit works better on a berserker, and unfortunately his class is what holds him back the most.
- Also change every servant with horrible, useless skills. Instinct is what comes to mind, but I'd also want to make Jeanne's true name revelation something else, maybe a taunt to make her a better tank.
- Reduce Arjuna's second skill's cooldown to 7, and for balancing purposes maybe make his heal + stars over time last for 4 turns instead of 5. Change his first skill to something else entirely, something that actually WORKS with the rest of his kit, like an NP gain up or something, or maybe a crit damage buff.
- Tristan getting a damage buff of some kind, maybe a one-turn quick up? It can be added onto his buff removal or NP charge skill.
- And Ozy getting a better imperial privilege rank than B, seriously. He needs an A imo, especially considering Nero has it at EX.
- Also removing the pointless extra buffs and annoying stun from Tamalancer's third skill to make it a straight invincibility. Those extras almost never matter, and the demerit is way worse than it deserves to be imo.

I want justice. She is several time weaker then her novel version, and in the novel she was weaker then her true self becouse of her master!!!
there are 3 change i want.
1- Mystic Eye: in the novel she was unable to turn Arturia into stone. according to her, high level of magic resistence and of magic in the body would prevent istant kill. But, even arturia, with her high magic resistence (A+ i belive was) suffered a reduction in her stats, enought to make medusa fight with her.
So, we have two way. we can consider the stun as if the petrified work, and we can add an attack, defence and crit chance down for 3 turn (not much, like 5 to 15% for attack and def and 15 to 30% for crit chance) for the reduction of str, agi and end.
Or, we can make her skill have a sure stun, and a chance of ista kill (after all, if you are turned into stone, you are dead)
But i would go for the first one.
2- her NP. In the original novel, we can argue thet her np was the strongest among the 7 (8) servant, excluding EA. Bellerophon
was an A+ anti-army long lasting np, with A+ in attack AND defence. In this game is a 1 turn damage and well, an useless secondary effect for extra cs drop, useless becouse medusa is on the field -.-
My propose is, remove the crit star drop rate and add an attack and defence buff for 3 turn. Like 20% for both and overcharge to 40%.
Or, even better, a Quick Card Up(overcharge) and a 3 time evasion.
this would rapresent much more the long lasting nature of her np. (by the way, astolfo have basically the SAME np as her, but weaker in the lore and he have this evade effect)
I suppose it would be cool if she can use her np and change All her animation for 3 turn becouse she fight on her pegasus, but thets asking a bit to much).
