Should I burn them?

I have an additional copy of Chevalier and Helena and I am not sure if it is worth to burn them or get them to NP2. What do you guys think?

If you use them always NP2, if not than burn.

Helena NP 2 is very useful if you lacking a farming servants and she has an NP Strength up skill which can be used to your Helena so she can hit even harder. It's not really recommended to burn farming servants because you'll use someone like Helena everyday.
Read her kit and playstyle first before you proceed to burn her, so you won't regret anything.

Assassin wave with a huge HP or short Burst to kill Assassin bossess ? Bring NP 2 Helena with a CEs like MLB Golden Sumo, Black Grail, Heavens Feel, or Halloween Princess.

If you have a maxed Georgios or Leonidas, then you can burn a copy of D'eon. She/he is the only rival of Georgios and she/he is really useful if you have a fragile DPS.
Burning the best tank on the entire game is not really recommended, it is still up to you.

She is a wonderful 3 turn farming servants and the damage modifier could be mitigated by using her 2nd and 3rd skill plus a powerful CEs like Halloween Princess.
It's not a big problem, she can solve that problem herself and with a Kaleidoscope she can instant NP on sight using her 1st skill.

I have her lvl 80 NP 2 10/10/10, she is doing both farming and team supporting pretty well.

Well thanks! But I got Nitocris a couple of weeks ago. That is why I was asking. Honestly I will use her to farm, so I am no sure if I should invest in Helena since Merlin and Waver stills on ny Chaldea

Helena is currently the closest thing to a quick support, since there aren't many (other?) with a targetable quick up. Though with the long CD, it's not great--but in conjunction with an ATK/NP up buff, the three would multiply for an NP or even a Quick brave chain burst (or both, as it at least lasts 3 turns.

I also prefer if I can to have servants with NP2 if I can to partially counter enemies with an NP drain skill, even if I rarely get the NP to OC.

NP2 Helena is one of the strongest AoE casters. My NP2 Helena is bond 10 now because I use her for farming everyday. Definitely don't burn her!
Unlike Waver she can clear a wave by herself with her NP, so you can charge your teams NP and don't need to use the combat suit.

D'Eon on the other hand has a terrible NP that even at NP2 is far weaker than Mash's. It's really up to you.

D'Eon and Mash serve different roles, though. D'Eon is more of a "true" tank--taunt for 3 turns with only a 5 turn CD at max. Unless there's enemy AoE, s/he prevents all damage to the other team members for her taunt period, if you can keep him/her alive.

Mash with a taunt of 1 turn out of 6 at max, is really more of a buff support/"offtank" in MMO terms. That said, in this game Mash is certainly easier to use, but I could see using D'Eon like I do Georgios, maybe even preferentially in debuff-heavy fights.

Personally, servants like D'Eon that are somewhat unique are worth keeping around for for at least niche usage, or if they someday get a strengthening. D'Eon's NP is probably something you'd want to have at NP2 at least because it is quite weak as you say. I have him/her from the first free pull, but haven't used them much at all.
