Should I spend a low amount of quartz?

Simple answer is no,it would require EX Luck or beyond to summon an SSR with 9 sq an 2 tickets,better join sq trough this year and when the Christmas rerun comes spend them

Chance of pulling a rate-up servant in 5 tries: 3.5%, which is a little bit better than flipping 5 coins and having them all come up heads (3.1%).

You need EX luck to get Ishtar with 9 SQs and 2 tickets, try to save it and use it on the next Ishtar Banner.

Unless you're really confident with your luck, then it's worth the shot.

Gacha temptation is real, so avoid clicking on some trending banner and focus only to your target ( if you get baited, you're done ).

Just roll for daily 10x FP summons.

Try not to read threads here or in reddit where people say they pulled a SSR with 1 ticket or with just 3 SQ. They never posted how many fails they have been through and 9 SQ + 2 tickets might not even get you a servant. You can test your luck with the simulator on this web site. Instead of lucky pulls, this game was well known for given people tonnes of salt. Some people couldn't even pull a SSR with 1000+ SQ. So save as much as you can and plan for the servant you want to roll for
