Just do anything that will make you happy. Grails are rare and limited, but not really that valuable honestly.
Even if you grail a 5* to lv100 that's only about 1000 extra point of Atk and HP; but if you grail lower rarity servants but not over lv90, well chances are he/she will still be outperformed by some ungrailed 5* servants (situational) --- hence, grail for love because it is not going to have a huge impact gameplay-wise.
Grail Medb, don't make yourself a liar! That level 92 will be a constant reminder for you to stay truthful and not lie in front of a Queen!

I say grail her to 92 at least. You might think it’s sad but how many of your characters get grails used on them overall. So For Medb being grailed to 92 would probably still be special. Plus you said it’d make you feel a little better so why not?

Honestly I would grail Medb if I were you. Not because she is waifu or good, but because lvl 92 in a pain in my eyes.

Kidding aside, I would still recommend for you to grail Medb if you like her. It's easier to grail servants that are already good, but it's a real dedication to grail those who are not.

The context behind this exchange is unknown to me since I don't have Medb, and therefore never played her interlude. But, if you're feeling that bad over your answer, you can always replay the scene in My Room and pick a different choice. I would assume it's meaningless to mention that no matter what you choose there will be no impact on the game whatsoever, and all you'll get are literally a few different lines in response to what you picked, but better safe than sorry.

You should really not waste a grail for a reason like that. She is literally a bunch of pixels, so it's not like your 'lie' would hurt her feelings or anything of the sort. Feeling bad over something like this is, well, weird, to say the least. And I doubt that wasting a grail over this would make you feel better; it's quite the opposite actually. You'd probably regret it later on.

I also don't see the issue with her level being 92? Unless you're one of these people who can't stand numbers who don't end in 0 or 5. In that case I can relate to some point.

It would seem that you are aware of how rare and valuable grails are, so you should think hard about whether or not grailing her would bring you satisfaction. I would strongly advise against grailing her if that's your only reason, but in the end it's up to you.
