Mechanically, no. Bryn is one of the best ST lancers and beats out all three.
But FGO is about getting the servants you want, not the ones you need, so I say go crazy.

Should I roll for any of the Summer Lancers this year if I have Brynhildr?
Last year I pulled Brynhildr as my first SSR and managed to roll Jalter, Raikou, and Merlin.
Humble Brags aside, Jalter and Raikou alongside with Merlin seem really good however Brynhildr seems a bit weak. Now against Archers she's pretty good I guess.
The question is basically should I pull for Tamamo no Mae Lancer, Kiyohime Lancer, or Raikou Lancer considering the servants I already have.
Or is it not worth to pull considering I have Brynhildr, thank you for your input.

Bryn is amazing, just remember to use her against Bryn beloved.
Her targettable stargen up will get a Strenghtening, by the way.
That said, RaikouLancer does have Buster Crit potential, being very good with Merlin. Alternatively, you can use you September 2019 Free 4* Ticket to get Lartoria Alter, who is also Buster Crit, and Story Locked. They are about the same in levels of goodness (also, Lancer Alter with 2 grails have better stats than vanilla Lartoria...).
