Okita vs Mushashi
I attempted to roll for the 5* CE, but I got Musashi in the process as well, so I'm asking who's better in general, Okita grailed to 100 and with 10/10/10 skills, or level 90 Musashi with skills at 6/6/6? Both are at NP1.

Well one's Quick oriented, the other's on Buster. Musashi's more heavy on damage what with her NP effect and triple buster cards. She'd would have trouble gaining NP without the first skill (got to time the cards right) or support though.
Okita would have easier time charging her NP with AQQ or just her quick cards in general. I can manage to fire of her NP in two consecutive turns as long as she's provided crit stars. However won't really shine like the Buster Meme till Skadi.
So currently it's Mushashi's time to shine if you yourself got Merlin. Or from a friend.

Musashi is better with Merlin, however just Okita Vs just Mushashi without support I’d say Okita would be better. But with easy access to Merlin’s since Every second person has Merlin as support means currently Musashi is probably better.
