Hi I lost my previous account so I started a new one. I'm torn between the different banners and don't know which to pull. Which banner will help me with progression (I somehow made it to Babylon)? Thanks for the help!

Normally I would say caster but since I don't think Tamamo will be that relevant for your chaldea at this point, so Rider banner unless you want to bet on Waver's 1/3 odd. Quetz/Ozy can be your boss carry, and Drake can help you farm QP easily. Just pray that you don't get Medb (but she can still buff Emiya/Gil/Rama tho).
Roll Caster if you're prioritizing gameplay. If you get Waver, yay. If you get Tamamo, put her in a team w/ CasGil and borrow a friend Arts DPS; fights will take longer than you might like, but you'll almost always win. If you get Sanzang, you get a rare ST offensive Caster.
Rider and Assassin are good too. That's assuming you missed out on Santa Alter (;_;). If you have her then skip Rider, she and welfare Kintoki (returning this year) cover most Rider needs.
Edit: well, nevermind, I see you rolled already. Medb's good though, her NP hits pretty hard post-upgrade and she functions as male support too.
