No. It won't affect the accelerated exp that you get form CE bombing, sadly. Only the standard exp (e.g the same exp value that you'd get from infusing that CE into another if it were level 1)

Super/Great success on CEs
For example, if I have a CE bomb with 2 mil accumulated exp, can I get a super success and the 2 million exp turns into 4 million.
