New start again

Happy new year everyone. Last year March, I started playing FGO of which I have 1 SSR servant. However, I invested too much time from playing Dota 2 and I had reset my phone; therefore, losing my account in process. I already forgotten my name and my other support servants that are needed for recovery because of my stupidity. I remember to have Zhuge Liang on that account. I wanted to start again after my friend told me there are Musashi banner. If there's a good person out there who would help me out, does someone has account who has Musashi or Merlin there that they did not plan to use? Thanks in advance if someone could give me since I don't want to start from nothing.
