I'd say King Hassan for now since strong ST assassins are harder to come by. Besides, while King Hassan comes back again for the X million downloads banner later in the year, Musashi will also be back for Shimosa, but her banner will also have rate-up 4* servants Tomoe Gozen (saber) and Mochizuki Chiyome (assassin) and 3* Hozoin Inshun (lancer), all of which are pretty decent, so even if you don't get her you might still get one of them as consolation.
