Two Merlins? That's pretty much the best comp for her, Gilgamesh, or really any servant like them. If you don't have a Merlin of your own just replace one of him with Waver. Basically, Musashi needs help charging her NP and generating stars, and giving her buffs is always good. Merlin fits everything she needs and is perfect for harder content, Waver works too if you want to focus on charging her NP for quick burst.
