Lancer: Decent options here. Altria is probably the weakest, but even she isn't bad. Also, I wouldn't be sure that Lily's NP hits harder than Karna's in the long run. After his strengthening, Karna's NP1 hits for 400%. Janta's NP5 hits for 500% but she has lower base attack, and while she has ephemeral dream, Karna has Mana burst (flame) which scales better with NP damage. That's not to mention Karna's NP also lowers the opponents' buster resistance for 3 turns after hitting, which will mean all your buster cards will deal more damage. I'd actually say Karna is the best AOE lancer in JP right now.
Rider: If Ozy is all you're after then I'd advise against this. Your current riders are good enough and there's like a 75% chance of disappointment.
Assassin: No confirmation yet but based on the JP schedule King Hassan's banner comes after the GSSR is gone, so waiting to see if you get him may not be an option. If you want you can wait till the last day of GSSR to roll, just in case.
Caster: 2/3 isn't bad, and neither is Sanzang but I guess she's doomed to live in the shadow of the best supports.
Berseker: Probably don't go for this. 1/3 is not that great compared to some of the other banners.
Ultimately my recommendation is either lancer or caster. Lancer is probably the safest by a fair bit, while caster offers Waver who alone is worth a lot more than any other servant, even with Merlin.
