No. As of now the Solomon event is the only time bond levels are ever relevant. If they do become relevant again you'll have two years prep time in advance.

Does bond ever become an important stat booster again?
I just want to know if bond ever becomes super important again for farming like it was here since I am debating whether to make increasing the bond level of things like Lu Bu and Beowulf a priority or anything.

No. This is currently the only event that involves bond point boost mechanics. Not to say they won't ever have a similar mechanic again but not in the near future.
