If you want King Hassan then get him. The game is easy, most of the time any servant works. With that said it's very arguable whether Musashi is better than King Hassan, imo they are at the same level at best, depending on other variables like what team comp they are in, and what specifically you are comparing.
If you are purely talking about their performance with Merlin, Musashi is better. She simply uses Merlin's support much better than KH. The reason being KH has better survivability than Musashi and less damage.
Musashi on the other hand is very clearly a beatstick. Her natural NP gain is unreliable because of her deck, and two of her three skills focus mainly on her attack. Her NP also has a natural NP buff on it, so it stacks better with Merlin's buffs. Her damage ceiling when paired with Merlin is very high, but her performance is not that great without good support.
What all this essentially means is that, while both are ideal for Merlin, Musashi makes better use of him. Not only do ihs damage buffs stack better with hers, he also makes up for Musashi's biggest weaknesses. The same can be said for KH of course, but his defensive plays are a lot stronger than Musashi's while his offensive plays are not. Therefore, for Musashi, Merlin basically removes her weaknesses while turning her into an insane damage machine. For KH however, Merlin's heals when stacked effectively are kind of overkill, and KH + Merlin damage is not as high as Musashi + Merlin damage.
That said, while Musashi is better with Merlin, both are already so good anyway that there is no difference at a practical level, Musashi is just a bit more overkill than KH. Roll for who you like, any servant has their strengths.
