Lancer, Rider, or Caster GSSR banner?

Sorry, another advice thread, although I've narrowed it down to 3 banners and was hoping to get some wisdom from experts.

Between all the banners, these are the 3 I'm aiming for. I'm in for a Lancer as I only have a ST buster lancer in Summer Tamamo and was hoping to get either Lancer Artoria or Karna for AoE purposes..however I have no interest in Enkidu. I'm also in for the Caster banner since I would very much like Tamamo no Mae as I have a number of Arts based servants (Saberlot, Archuria, Vlad, Orion). I also wouldn't mind Sanzang since an offensive caster would be nice to have. My only fear is getting a Waver as I already have 1. My Rider lineup is pretty weak so I'm also considering that banner. However, I pulled Medb in the last GSSR and am afraid of getting another one.

I pulled Merlin so I'm also factoring that in my overall decision. So which of the 3 banners would be the most ideal in this situation? Are there any future updates/events/strengthening quests to the game I should factor in my banner choice? I dont know a whole lot about JP content, so any knowledge would be appreciated.

Do you have santa jalter? She's pretty good for AoE lancer. Maybe not as awesome as latoria and her 50% battery, but good.

Both of the caster and rider banners are good. But most of the riders are st and if you don't already have kintoki rider, he's coming back in a few months and at np5 he rivals most 5*s.

I guess it boils down to which banner is most likely to give you what you want or at least not give you something that will make you least upset to get the least desired option.

It seems to come down to whether you want to focus on Arts or Buster teams. If you want to utilize Merlin and choose Buster, I’d go for Lancer, since you don’t have an AOE Lancer, and you won’t any dupes. You could do Rider too, but 3/4 of them are ST Buster and having another one wouldn’t add much to your roster. It also sounds like you have a decent Arts line-up, so rolling for Tamamo would be your other option, and this would probably add the most variety since you can do all kinds of Arts Teams, and Sanzang would come in handy for Assassins. So to sum up, I’d choose Lancer for Buster team, or Caster for Arts team.

I was definitely leaning more Tamamo for team comp options, but I'm hearing AoE servants will become more desired in the future for future content. Is this true? I'm kind of lacking in that department since I failed to get Raikou. Yes, I do have Santa Jalter and shes actually pretty great. If she suffices in future content, I dont mind sticking with her (I honestly just really like Lancer Artoria :D).
