So I wanted to know your opinion on which low rarity servants you would grail? I know grails come down to personal preference and I've leveled both Lancelots and planning to grail medusa to 90 but I was wondering what other 3* or 2* servants could benefit gameplay wise from grails.
Lu Bu, as his NP5 is strong as hell. Plus Zerc have 1.1X dmg multiplier, and he's a zerc, need as much extra HP as you can get him.
Cu Chulain, to make him more immortal than he already is. also, Lancers have 1.05X dmg multiplier
Kotarou, if you want a more durable budget Jack, but beware of Assassin 0.9X dmg multiplier.
Bediviere, because he hit strong as hell, specially if you manage to NP2+ him.
OG Cu lancer is probably one of the best 3* grail candidates. Others are Bedivere and Jaguar Warrior if you get them to a high NP level, and servants like Ushiwakamaru and Lu Bu who are the best 3* servants of their class if you don't have stronger options. Also grail ANgra Mainyu for the memes :)
Saber : bedivere or caesar
Lancer : og & proto cu, jaguar warrior
Archer : david, euryale, robin, billy
Assassin : cursed arm, serenity, kotaro
Rider : ushiwakamaru, alexander, medusa
Caster : hans, medea
Berserker : lu bu
I think Hans could be a good choice in order to make him a bit more durable. He has great support skills but dies too fast.
I grailed my own FSN Cu, but once you get decent gold servants you'll barely use him. I'm not sure I'd recommend it. At level 80 his damage output is still pretty low, which means he only comes in for the super tough challenges.
Euryale as budget Orion could also be a good choice, especially if you haven't beaten Camelot yet. Aside from David she is one of the most useful low rarity archers.

I notice you didn't say one stars but give those guys a chance for grails since they gain a full ten levels instead of five which often gives them a full one 1/8th increase in attack power.
Arash for instance gains an extra ten levels from a grail and those really help him clear waves consistently.
Spartacus too also can be pretty helpful as a wave clearer due to his cheap materials and his ability to get 30% charge on NP. An extra ten levels really helps there as well.
As for 3 stars Lu Bu is one that seems pretty useful due to his really high NP damage.
