Been playing for a few months and I just realized that there is a Guaranteed SSR summon coming up. From what I know, the servants are divided by class and you can choose one banner to roll in to get a GSSR servant (but only with paid quartz). I was thinking about rolling in the Assassin/Extra banner to try for Jack, but wondering if there are any other options I should consider.
Current Gold Servants:
Saber - Elisabeth Bathory (Brave)
[High Silvers = Caesar]
Lancer - Jeanne (Santa Alter)
[HS = Cu]
Archer - Emiya
[HS = Kid Gil, David]
Rider - Ozymandias, Martha, Altria (santa alter) - also have Astolfo,
Antoinette, and Anne Bonny but not planning to level them up
[HS = none]
Caster - Merlin, Nitocris
[HS = Hans]
Assassin - none
[HS = Fuuma]
Berserker - Tamamo (just got her recently, dunno if I should level up)
[HS = Eric Bloodaxe]
Extra - Just Mash

So the best GSSR banner you could go for is the extra/assassin banner. It would help you in 2 areas you lack a servant in. If you get Jack you now have an amazing star gen/Crit assassin but if you get Jeanne you still will receive an amazing ruler class servant. Especially when she receives her buff to remove the stun in her NP. As for Tama Cat she is a great farming unit, helps clear dailys/farming event nodes.

Saber- You probably shouldnt unless Waifu reasons ( Arthoria , Mordred , Altera ) , although you could use a Farming saber , 4 stars are good enough for that and youre bound to get one eventually. Not worth GSSR.
Archer- You could but wouldnt really recommend it.Orion is decent(ST) , especially strong vs Males, Nic and Arjuna decent clearers. ( N. Tesla , Orion , Arjuna)
Lancer- Well you dont need a farming servant or ST(bc Cu) alas Karna and L. Arthoria are pretty strong clearers but you have Jalter lily. Enkidu is decent.
Rider- You really dont need anyone dont roll for this unless you want to. (Ozy , Francis , Medb , Coatl)
Caster- You can if you want to but best one is Waver here (unless waifu reasons) and you dont really need him because you have Merlin. Could try still you wouldnt lose anything. At best you get waver and double support at worst you get a new SSR.
Assasin/Extra: You get Jack you win , you get Jeanne...ehhhh...you really dont need her i guess. Unless you wanna build a stall team but then again dont do that. I mean its fun but after awhile its a nightmare.

Cu alter is a high tier servant who has both dmg and survabilityiVlad is meh.Nightingale is decent.
My real advice is check every servant that you can get in GSSR and make up your mind after that. Not for what you need but for what you want.
The assassin banner is probably the best one for you. I believe Jeanne is mostly useful for early-mid game until you have a lot of high-leveled servants. Jack is simply OP.
Caster is also a nice banner with two great support servants and one good offensive caster.
If you don't have particular waifus/husbandos I wouldn't go for any of the others.
You have two options to consider. You roll caster for Waver/Tamamo and use your support slot to get a damage dealer, or you roll for a damage dealer. Considering you have Ozy who is among the best ST damage dealers in the game a Waver would pair nicely.
Jack is a good choice for star gen provided you do not have any Fragments of 2030. If you do have 2030 Jack isn't that great in all situations as her main job is star generation or the Female rider fights that come up every once in a while.
Saber banner is a bait, none of the servants are good gameplay wise, but if you are a fan of Saberfaces I would say go for it. Lancer's only saving grace is Karna so you would be looking at the 33% chance of a really good servant.
Archer similarly to lancer only has Tesla whos is weak currently, but when his strengthening quest comes out in August he will become a monster.
Rider is the safest with 3 out of the 4 servants being absolute monsters. Medb being the worst 5* in the game.
Caster has Waver and Tamamo which are a part of the big 4 supports. Xuanzang is alright and comes in handy against any fight with assassins.
Jeanne Ruler is a very Niche servant as with all the rulers. She fits into stall teams which generally need a tamamo to function.
Cu alter is the only good servant in the Berserker banner, but he is able to solo a majority of the content in the game.
Assassin GSSR Banner and Zerker GSSR Banner probably the best choice for you.
But for me, i choose Assassin Banner and one Assassin can barely fill your needs ( at least you need one ST and one AOE to cover the department ).
If you got Jeanne, make this team : Mashu + Jeanne + Waver, just another Cockroach team.
