Just asking for pure gameplay perspective, because I am not particularly fond of any of them.
I already have Herc, do I still need any of them? Is there any event in the future where any of them will be better than Herc?
Also, I know that Fran is AOE but since I don't have kaleidoscope and already have AOE servants dealing with every class (except AOE Assassins), is she still useful?
AoE berserker can be useful for mixed enemy wave clearing.
Unless there is something you really need the rare prisms for, hang onto them in case you change your mind.
Beowolf would be my first sacrifice, especially when you have herc.
Fran is very useful farming mixed nodes. With 50% charge CE and support she can do a lot of damage, sometimes higher than a caster/assassin with class advantage, and her NP generates stars that can be used in the next wave. I really recommend to keep her in your chaldea.
I would not burn any of them (I envy your banana-oni), but if you really need the rare prism I would start with Beowulf.
I would not burn ibaraki or fran. There will be times where def up is better than evade and aoe berserkers are very good for farming.
Unless there is no definite reason to burn servants for rare prism exchange, you shouldn't. I main Ibaraki even I have max levelled Herc and Beowulf with skills at 6/6/6 even I rarely use them. Bond levels and CE is a thing for me.
But if there is a need, it is true that Beowulf is your best bet.
If you know you won't regret it, burn Beowulf first. Save fran and ibaraki until you have a reason to use rare prisms.
